This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement’) is made effective as of January 11, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CONVERSION LABS PR, LLC a Puerto Rico limited liability company (the “Company”) that qualifies under Act No. 20 of 2012 (“Export Services Act”), and Anthony Puopolo, MD, an individual and resident of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (the “Employee”).
