HERON RIVER (“Agreement”) is made this day of , 2023 (“Effective Date”), by and between the City of Star, a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho (“City”) and Heron River Development, LLC (“Heron River”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Idaho (collectively, “Parties”).
