This EASEMENT AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") is made and executed this day of , 2019 (the "Effective Date"), by and between HSRE-Superior MOB, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with a legal address of 3394 Carmel Mountain Road, Suite 200, San Diego, California 92121 ("Grantee"), and the Town of Superior, a Colorado municipal corporation with a legal address of 124 East Coal Creek Drive, Superior, Colorado 80027 (the "Town") (each individually a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").
