Dances are school-sponsored activities and all school rules and regulations will be in effect. Attending a school dance is a privilege, which may be denied. Before signing this agreement, please fill out all the information requested below and carefully read the notices regarding the Controlled Substance Policy, Guests, Dress Code, Dance Conduct, Voluntary Activities Participation, and Medical Release Information. School personnel have the right to permit or deny any student from attending a Valencia High School dance if in the best interest of the general student body.
