THIS MASTER AGREEMENT (Agreement) is entered into by and between the electric utilities whose names and signatures appear at the end of this Agreement and is effective as of September 30, 1994. The utilities who have executed this Agreement on or before September 30, 1994 are referred to in this Agreement individually as "party” and collectively as “parties”.
