The Arizona Counties Insurance Pool (“ACIP”) and Arizona Municipal Risk Retention Pool (“AMRRP”) have requested and authorized James M. Jellison and the Jellison Law Offices, P.L.L.C. (“the law firm”) to represent the interests of all Defendants (except for non-governmental Defendant Abram Ochoa) to be represented jointly in connection with the claims currently pending in the “lawsuit.” ACIP is the insurer for Defendants Pinal County, Babeu, Berry, Skedel, and Lapre. AMRRP is the insurer for Defendants City of Casa Grande, Lujan, Horn, Engstrom, McCabe, J. Robinson, C. Western, Wilson, Ybarra, and Gragg.
