This Solar Facility Siting Agreement (“Agreement”), dated as of _________________, 2024 (“Effective Date”), is by and between Hanover County, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia (“County”) and Anna River Solar, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Applicant”). The County and Applicant are herein each a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”.
