Third Party Supplier Information By entering into this contract, you are agreeing to purchase your natural gas supply from this supplier. Residents Energy is not affiliated with your natural gas distribution company (“GDC”). Residents Energy is responsible for your natural gas supply. The charges for the natural gas supplied by Residents Energy will appear on the bills rendered to you by your GDC, separate and apart from your GDC’s charges for delivering thenatural gas. Price Structure This agreement has a Fixed Rate segment and a Variable Rate segment.
