This Interconnection Agreement (the “MFN Agreement”), is being entered into by and between The Ohio Bell Telephone Company1 (which uses the registered trade name AT&T Ohio) (“AT&T Ohio”) and Allied Wireless Communications Corporation (“Carrier”), (each a “Party” and, collectively, the “Parties”), pursuant to Sections 251 and 252 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (“the Act”).
