The following standard terms and conditions are agreed to by Northstar Travel Media LLC (“Northstar”) who is the “Orga- nizer” and the Client (if any), whose signature appears on the Contract (the “Client”), each a “Party” and collectively “the “Parties”, with respect to participation in Successful Meetings University International (the “Event”) undertaken by Northstar pursuant to this Contract.
