FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Red Lyon LLC (“Grantor”) hereby grants and conveys to The Town of Lyons, (“Grantee”), its successors and assigns, a perpetual, non-exclusive right to access the detention pond located on the property described on the attached Exhibit “A”.
