This grant award agreement is entered into by and between the Health Foundation of South Florida, Inc. (“HFSF”), a Florida not for profit corporation, and The School Board of Broward County, Florida. In accordance with the policy of HFSF the undersigned, (either the President/CEO or Executive Director of the above listed Grantee or an agent with signatory authority), does hereby acknowledge that a HFSF Grant of $149,975 from September 1, 2022 through August 31, 2024 has been approved for the above stated grant purpose and as further described in the South Florida Anchor Alliance Regional Marketplace letter of intent and work plan benchmarks related to participation in the Regional Marketplace pilot project.
