This Professional Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made this 2nd day of May 2023 (the “Effective Date”), between and shall be binding upon the Village of Oswego, Kendall, and Will Counties, an Illinois Municipal Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the “Village”) and HR Green, Inc., a consulting engineer corporation authorized to do business in Illinois and located in Aurora, IL and its successors (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Firm”).
