ADE is authorized to enter into this Agreement by A.R.S. § 15-203(B)(1) and the LEA is authorized to enter into this agreement by virtue ofA.R.S. §§ 15-342(13) (district) and 15-183(H) (charter). Therefore the ADE and the LEA agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
