DiDonato Associates is providing design services under a County-wide Parks Improvement Term Agreement at various park sites, facilities, and building locations throughout Erie County, NY. This initial assignment includes the rehabilitation of four shelter areas, two located in Ellicott Creek Park and two located in Emery Park. Both parks were part of the Works Progress Administration (WPA) of the 1930’s and require coordination and approval from State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) for any reconstruction and/or repair of the shelters. Additional shelters at Como Park and Chestnut Ridge Park were added to the Term Agreement.
