An updated version of the Standard Vendor Agreement (VA) is available on the Bass Pro Shops (BPS) Vendor Portal Home Page (Basspro.com/vendor) Please note this vendor agreement incorporates Bass Pro, LLC and Cabela’s Wholesale, LLC (collectively, “Purchaser” or “Company”). Vendor Agreements are due back to BPS by August 6, 2018. Failure to return VA by said date could result in delays in receipt of Purchase Orders. Please print the Vendor Agreement Summary Page on legal paper, complete all information, and RETURN the ORIGINAL SIGNED COPY to the below address along with a copy of your company W-9 form. If you do not have access to the BPS Vendor Portal please go to basspro.com/vendor, Click “Login to Vendor Information” link. User Name: bassprovendor and Password: vendorbps.
