These terms and conditions are entered into by and between (i) LeaseQuery, LLC (“LeaseQuery”), (ii) you, solely for the purpose of making the representation in the following sentence, and (iii) the entity or organization on whose behalf you are using LeaseGuru.com (the “Client”). You represent that you have the authority to bind Client to the following terms and conditions. You may not use LeaseGuru.com if you do not have such authority. The following terms and conditions, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”), govern Client’s access to and use of LeaseGuru.com, including any content, functionality, and services offered on, through, or relating to LeaseGuru.com (collectively, the “Solution”).
