This Lease and Concession Contract for Security Bin Advertising Program (hereinafter referred to as Contract) is made and entered into this day of 2017 between the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida whose post office address is Post Office Box 22287, Tampa, Florida 33622 (hereinafter referred to as Authority), and SecurityPoint Media, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Corporation, authorized to do business in the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as Concessionaire), (collectively hereinafter referred to as the Parties).
