Server Component Hosting Conditional Permission. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in (i) Section 15.3 (Acceptable use of offerings) or (ii) the Subscription Types definition of Multi-User Subscription in the Autodesk Terms of Use, or (iii) in the Autodesk License and Services Agreement, Section 2.1.1 “No License Granted; Unauthorized Activities” and the definition of “Networked Basis”, as applicable, if You have a Qualified Server Component Offering, defined below, you may, in addition to the manner of installation and access permitted in the applicable terms, also install the network license server component of the software which acts as a file server (or such other component described in the applicable product documentation as being permitted to be installed on computers or devices outside of your local area network and remotely accessed by your users and personnel) on (1) a computer or other electronic device in your wide area network, or (2) on a computer or other
