This is an agreement (“Agreement”) for wireless telecommunications services and related services and/or features (“Service”) between you and Exit Mobile, whereby the wireless network, services and products are provided by Exit Mobile. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to accept this Agreement. This Agreement explains the terms and conditions upon which we agree to provide you Service or products and you agree to accept any Service or products provided by us.
