This Academic Program Articulation Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between College of Southern Maryland (the “Sending Institution”) and Frostburg State University (the “Receiving Institution”) (collectively, the “Institutions”) to facilitate the transfer of academic credits from Associate of Science in Mathematics and Sciences with a Concentration in Mathematics for the completion of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics (the “Program(s)”).
