The undersigned (the “Purchaser(s)” or “Subscriber”) hereby subscribes to purchase from Pharmozyme, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), that number of shares (the “Shares”) of Series Seed Preferred Stock of the Company (the “Preferred Stock”) which is set forth on the signature page of this subscription agreement (this “Agreement”), for a purchase price (the “Purchase Price”) of $0.90 per Share. The minimum subscription amount is $5,000 unless waived by the Company.
