Notwithstanding anything in the Agreement to the contrary, in the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Data Processing Addendum and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of this Data Processing Addendum shall control. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Data Processing Addendum shall have the meanings given to them in the Agreement. This Data Processing Addendum shall be effective as of the Effective Date of the Agreement.
