Contract Type FiledMay 21st, 2024In accordance with Standard 9 of the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Stormwater Handbook (February 2008), the attached on‐site maintenance program for the proposed stormwater management system has been developed to ensure the Best Management Practices (BMP’s) in place will remain functioning as designed. The landowner/operator, or its successors, of the Project Site, Union Square Village, (Assessor Map 20, Parcels 115, 119, 136 & 137), shall be responsible for financing maintenance and emergency repairs of the entire stormwater management system on the property. The Plan contains both construction period operations and maintenance as well as post construction responsibilities that shall “run” with the property when the ownership is transferred.
