This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”), is entered into by and between El Monte Union High School District (“District”), and The Regents of The University of California, a California corporation acting for and on behalf of its Riverside’s Campus Center for Environmental Research and Technology (“Provider”). District and Provider may be collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
