This leasehold agreement is freely entered into by and between the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Georgia Division (“Tenant”) and [Government Agency] (“Landlord”) on [Date]. Landlord desires for Tenant to erect and/or maintain a statue, flagpole, and/or other memorial on Landlord’s real property so as to honor Confederate heritage for the valuable consideration of ten dollars ($10.00), and Tenant desires to pay Landlord ten dollars ($10.00) so as to be afforded the privilege to erect and/or maintain a statue, flagpole, and/or other memorial on Landlord’s real property so as to honor Confederate heritage.
