This Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure (“Agreement”) describes your rights and obligations as a user of the Online Banking and/or Mobile Banking service (“Service” or “Services”) accessible using a personal computer or mobile device, including a smartphone, tablet, or any other eligible handheld or wearable communication device. It also describes the rights and obligations of First Community Credit Union (“Credit Union”). Please read this agreement carefully.
