AVIATION AUTHORITY, a public body corporate under the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”), and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as “County”), and the HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE, a State of Florida constitutional officer (hereinafter referred to as “Sheriff”) (County and Sheriff are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Lessee”) (all of which are hereinafter individually and collectively referred to as the “Party” or “Parties”).
