THIS AGREEMENT made this 18th day of, April 2023 by and between the TOWNSHIP OF LOWER PAXTON, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal office at 425 Prince Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, herein referred to as “The Municipality.”
