This Second Amendment to the Agreement (“Second Amendment”) is entered into this XX day of June, 2019, between the Peralta Community College District (the “District”) and the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office (“ACSO”) on behalf of the County of Alameda (“County”) with respect to that Agreement to Provide Police Services effective July 1, 2015, as amended by Amendment No. 1 entered into June 27, 2018, (together, the “Agreement”) pursuant to which ACSO provides law enforcement services to the District.
