To resolve the above-referenced complaints, the San Diego Community College District (SDCCD)1, San Diego City College (City), and San Diego Miramar College (Miramar)2 agree, without admitting to any violation of law, to implement this Agreement to resolve the allegations stated in these matters under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504) and Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA or Title II), as amended by the ADA Amendments Act of 2008.
