This First Amendment to Golf Course Management Agreement (“First Amendment”) is entered into by and between the City of Bryan, a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, (the “City”), and The 1980 Phillips Group, LLC., a Texas Limited Liability Company, (the “Contractor”). For purposes of this Agreement, City and Contractor are collectively referred to as the “Parties”, and each individually as a “Party”.
