PURE COLD, INC. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALEIllinois • August 13th, 2020
These Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be applicable to all sales of any products (the “Goods”) or services (the “Services”) offered by Pure Cold, Inc. a Delaware corporation (“PCI” or “Supplier”) and accepted by the customer (the “Customer”). All PCI Quotations and other agreements for the purchase of PCI Goods (including PCI’s acceptance of Orders) or Services are subject to and include these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Commencement of delivery of any Goods to Customer by PCI is expressly conditioned on Customer acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale without modification. The Customer’s acceptance of commencement of delivery by PCI shall indicate Customer’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. The PCI Quotation, Customer Order or other PCI endorsed ordering document and these Terms and Conditions of Sale, comprise the entire agreement (“the Contract”) between PCI and the Customer for the purchase of any PCI Goods.
