PAYMENT PROCESSING SERVICES AGREEMENT GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS This Agreement (as defined below) is a legally binding agreement between Contracting Entity (as this term defined below) (Contracting Entity, also known acting under the commercial brand of "DPO", (“DPO”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and the entity mentioned on first page of the Application form ( “you”, “your”, “user” or, the “Merchant”) and govern the Services offered and rendered by us and/or our Affiliates to you or your Affiliate(s) that has signed an Affiliate form. 1.
