This grant sub-agreement (hereinafter “Agreement”) is entered into on this 14th day of October, 2020, between Citrus Community College District (hereinafter “CCCD”) and Monterey Peninsula Community College District (hereinafter “SUBCONTRACTOR”), on behalf of the Board of Governor’s California Community Colleges Chancelor’s Office (hereinafter “PRIME SPONSOR”. CCCD and SUBCONTRACTOR may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties” in this Agreement.
