Thank you for choosing the ADVANCED WIRELESS broadband for your Internet needs. Once this service order is accepted by ADVANCED WIRELESS, with offices located at 708 West Betteravia Road, Ste. B, Santa Maria, CA 93455 this Terms and Conditions Agreement and all documents referred to herein will constitute a binding agreement between you (“You”, “Customer”, “Subscriber”) and ADVANCED WIRELESS (“We”, “Our”, “Us”) for Service(s). This Agreement governs both the Service and any Devices, such as an IP phone, Multimedia Terminal Adapter, Analog Telephone Adapter or any other IP connection Device (“Device” or “Equipment”), used in conjunction with the Service.
