The email sent to you upon your review and acknowledgment of the agreement identifies you as “Tenant”, MSU as “Landlord”, and specifies the address of your apartment, the length of this Lease, and the amount of your rent. The remainder of this document provides additional terms and conditions of your Lease with MSU.
