This Agreement is between the State of Minnesota, acting through its Department of Public Safety on behalf of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension ("BCA"), and the City of Le Sueur on behalf of its Police Department ("Governmental Unit"). The BCA and the Governmental Unit may be referred to jointly as “Parties.”
