Before you apply for an internship at Levine Children's Hospital, it is imperative that you make sure your school has received and entered into the CHS Student Affiliation Agreement with our hospital system. This agreement states that you school agrees to all items set forth in the agreement. Your school must agree to the terms and sign the contract before you can be considered as an interview candidate for our internship program.
