UT Health San Antonio Regional Physician Network “RPN” has a legal and ethical responsibility to safeguard the privacy of all patients and protect confidentiality and security of all health information. During your participation or affiliation with the RPN you may hear or read information related to a patient’s health or see computer or paper files containing confidential health information, whether or not you are directly involved in providing patient services. You may also create documents containing confidential patient information.
