WHEREAS, the parties, The Royal Society of Chemistry located at Thomas Graham House, Science Park, Milton Road, Cambridge CB4 0WF, UK (“Publisher”) and Vysoka skola chemicko-technologicka v Praze located at Technicka 5, Prague 6, 16628, Czech Republic (“Customer”) have previously entered into an agreement originally dated 25th January 2018 (the “Agreement”), and wish to amend the Agreement as set forth in this addendum (“Fifth Addendum”).
