The Board of Directors of Chemical Company of Malaysia Berhad (“CCM” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that CCM Polymers Sdn Bhd (“CCM Polymers” or the “Purchaser”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 19 December 2017 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement (“SPA”) with Space Properties Sdn Bhd (the “Vendor”) for the purchase of all that piece of leasehold land held under HS(D) 52916, PT 41065 District Ulu Langat, Bandar Baru Bangi, State of Selangor measuring 7,969 m² together with a double storey office cum factory and an annexed single storey factory erected thereon having a postal address of No. 69, Jalan P10/21, Taman Industri Selaman, Seksyen 10, 43650 Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor Darul Ehsan and the fixtures and fittings (referred to as “the Property”) at a purchase price of RM20.8 million (exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (“GST”) , stamp duty and legal fees) and upon the terms and conditions therein contained.
