In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, located at 300 E Street SW, Washington, DC 20546 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA") and Masten Space Systems, Inc., located at 1570 Sabovich St., Mojave, CA 93501 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Masten"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
