The Board of Directors of Villa Riva condominium association is empowered by the Governing Documents of the Association to obtain information about tenants in units within the Association. Therefore, as specified by Resolution of the Board, this Tenant Agreement Forms must be completed in full and submitted no less than ten (10) days prior to the beginning of any rental period, and updated upon any changes, including renewals. Failure to return form will result in an automatic $50.00 fine.
