RECITALS WHEREAS, Comcast provides broadband products and services in various market areas in the United States; WHEREAS, Comcast desires to appoint Vendor on a nonexclusive basis to provide various call center and/or technology services; and WHEREAS, Vendor is authorized and qualified to transact such business.
