These RIGID Terms and Conditions, the Service-specific Terms (as defined below) and each Order Form (as defined below) collectively form the “Agreement” between Rigid Robotics Inc. or its affiliates (“RIGID”) and its client that has entered into an Order Form with RIGID (“Client”). This Agreement governs Client’s access and use of the products and services provided by RIGID as described in the Order Form(s) (collectively, the “Services”).‌
