In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement and Deed of Assignment (First Party Assignment) both dated 24th September 2013, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor/Borrower and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Myvilla Development Sdn Bhd (“the Vendor”) dated 14th August 2013, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
