Please read this agreement (the “Agreement”) carefully before using, connecting, installing, and/or interfacing in any way with CampbellCloud (as defined below). Campbell Scientific, Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Campbell Scientific,” “CSI,” “us,” “we,” “our”) is willing to grant access to CampbellCloud, to you as the company or the legal entity that will be utilizing CampbellCloud (“Customer,” “you,” “your,” and as defined below), on the condition that you accept all of the terms of this Agreement. By entering into this Agreement on behalf of an entity or organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity or organization to this Agreement. If you do not want to agree to this Agreement’s terms, do not “agree” or use CampbellCloud.
