My child, , is not yet 18-years-old and will participate from November 14-15, 2020 in the Yale Certamen Tournament (the “Program”), which is being organized and run by the Yale Undergraduate Certamen Committee, a registered student organization of Yale University. This document (“Agreement”) covers all aspects of my child’s participation in the Program. In this Agreement, “Yale” means Yale University, its trustees, officers, employees, trainees, students, volunteers, and agents and the Yale Undergraduate Certamen Committee.
