These ToBs are applicable to spot, forward and option carbon credit transactions entered into by you and Carbon Zero Brokers Limited (“CZB” or “Carbon Zero”) that refer to these ToB. These ToB and the relevant Confirmation together constitute the Agreement. These ToB set out the terms and conditions upon and subject to which you will be a counterparty of CZB, subject to the terms of the relevant Confirmation.
